"My experience was / Is very limited at this point... however, what I DID experience, was better than other insurance company I have dealt with. I need motorcycle insurance, got squared away with binder and cards sent over in about 20 mins. I had a personal referral from a coworker , whose family member works here.
I belive that had zero bearing on MY service quality, however it was Excellent.
